Course Structure

Lectures: This course will consist of 21 hours of teaching, split into 10 lectures. If you would like to be kept updated with the teaching schedule, then please send us an email and we will add you to the mailing list for the course.

Assessment: Our course is worth 3 credits for PhD students at the University of Trento. If you intend to take the course for credit, please let us know so that we can arrange your oral examination after the end of the course. For this oral, we ask that you prepare a presentation of ~20 minutes in which you either review a research paper related to one of the course topics or present a mini-seminar about one of the topics of the course. This will be followed by ~20 minutes of follow-up questions and discussion.
